The Kumho Construction Company of the Kumho Asiana Group of the Republic of Korea (RoK) will donate 18,000 USD to the fifth Vietnamese Student Sports Festival in the RoK. A signing ceremony will be held at the Vietnam Embassy in RoK this afternoon. President of the Kumho Construction Company Kee Ock said the group has assisted Vietnamese students through scholarships programs and Korean language speaking contests in Vietnam. He said Kumho is always ready to support Vietnamese students, who will become the future leaders of Vietnam and contribute their efforts to maintaining and strengthening the bilateral relationship between Vietnam and RoK. Mr Ock promised that there will be additional sponsorship activities for Vietnamese students in Korea. The students’ sports festival will take place August 5-19.
