(VOVworld)- Forty five Forty-five calligraphic works featuring the late President Ho Chi Minh’s famous collection of poems, “Prison Diary,” are on display at an exhibition which opened in Hanoi yesterday. The event marks the 20 th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic ties between Vietnam and the Republic of Korea (RoK). The works by 24 leading RoK calligraphers show their respect for and admiration of President Ho Chi Minh as well as the love of RoK people for the people of Vietnam. Over the past 50 years, the “Prison Diary” has been translated into many languages and has inspired both domestic and foreign artists. The poems were first translated into Korean in 2000.
