The exhibition provides historical and legal evidence proving Vietnam's sovereignty over the Hoang Sa (Paracels) and Hoang Sa (Spratly) archipelagos and the process of establishing and exercising Vietnam's continuous sovereignty over the two archipelagos since the 17th century, thus raising visitors’ responsibility in protecting the national sea and islands sovereignty.
Hoang Sa is an island district of the central city of Da Nang while Truong Sa is an island district of Khanh Hoa province.
