The NHK reported on the President’s visit to Gunma prefecture and reception of Governor Masaki Osawa. Tokyo newspaper has an article about the President’s visit to the Koganei Seiki factory. It quoted Osawa prefecture governor’s wish to boost relations with Vietnam. President Quang called for good working unity between Vietnamese technicians and Japanese colleagues for better bilateral ties, as well as regional stability and development.
