(VOVworld) – Vietnam has spoken highly of investment potential and the quality of projects by Japanese investors and those from Aichi Prefecture in particular. Do Nhat Hoang, Head of the Planning and Investment Ministry’s Foreign Investment Agency, made the statement at a meeting in Hanoi yesterday. Hoang also expressed his hope that in the future, both major groups and small and medium-sized enterprises specifically in manufacturing and auxiliary industries will continue to increase investment in Vietnam. Hoang acknowledged support by Japanese enterprises of any size to have looked for investment opportunities in Vietnam and promised to help Japanese investors remove obstacles to their operations in the country. Hoang said ‘The Ministry of Planning and Investment and other relevant agencies are working together to outline a series of policies and activities to attract Japanese investment to Vietnam. Two major goals have been set. First, to help those who are operating in Vietnam to operate more efficiently, and second, to organize more investment promotion programs to help potential investors make investments more easily.
