IT is considered a potential area for Vietnam-Israel cooperation

(VOVworld) Vietnam is currently an attractive destination for Israeli diamond processing businesses, according to the Asia Pacific Market Department under the Ministry of Industry and Trade. Vietnam and Israel have much potential for cooperating effectively in food preservation, agriculture, telecommunications, electronics, solid waste and waste water treatment. These are sectors that Vietnam needs and Israel businesses want to invest in. Israel pioneers in electronics spare parts, information technology, telecommunications, health, agricultural technology, chemical, new energy. The Department said, however, in terms of trade, Israel is unlikely to be a key market for Vietnam, so Vietnam should take advantages of Israeli industry to gain more value for domestic production.
