The Israel-Lebanon border has seen fighting almost every day for the past 3 months between the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) and Hezbollah.
On Thursday the IDF conducted several air strikes on Hezbollah targets in southern Lebanon in response to an attack by two Hezbollah drones on military locations in northern Israel earlier that morning.
Osma Hamdan, a senior leader of Hamas, said Thursday that Hamas is ready to cease fire and return all hostages taken during the attack on southern Israel last October 7, if the International Court of Justice issues a ruling calling for a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip and Israel accepts a full release of Palestinian prisoners.
