In a statement, the Israeli Foreign Ministry said the two sides are discussing the opening of embassies and signing agreements to boost bilateral ties.

The announcement was made a few hours after the first Israeli flight landed in the UAE bringing representatives from Israel and the US to the UAE for talks on on normalizing ties between Israel and the UAE.

The countries are scheduled to discuss cooperation in economics, science trade, and culture.,
