The same day, the IS released a video saying that it is making a plan to avenge for Islamists who were killed in riots in Gujarat state, the hometown of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, and some other areas. The move is considered to aiming at embroiling the Islamic community in India to its side. India has more than 160 million Islamists, but few of them joined the IS.
