Two Israeli officials said Iran’s Fordow uranium nuclear enrichment facility, located deep inside the mountains and heavily fortified, had suffered significant damage from the US airstrike but was not completely destroyed. Preliminary assessments suggest that Iran appeared to have moved some equipment and a quantity of uranium out of the facility prior to the attack.

The Gulf Cooperation Council said on Sunday that no abnormal radiation levels had been detected across its member states following the recent US airstrikes on Iran’s nuclear facilities.

The same day, the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) also reported that no rise in off-site radiation levels has been detected following recent strikes on Fordow, Natanz, and Isfahan nuclear sites. The IAEA said it’ll continue assessing the situation as more information becomes available.

The US State Department issued a global travel warning to Americans traveling abroad to exercise caution worldwide amid escalating tensions in the Middle East.
