(VOVworld) - Iran and the P5+1 Group have come to a final agreement on Tehran nuclear program after 11 years of negotiations and 18 days of strenuous talks in Vienna, Austria. The deal is expected to totally change the whole Middle East. According to the deal, sanctions imposed by the US, Eu, and the UN on Iran will be lifted in return for Iran’s acceptance to scale back its nuclear programs suspected to harbor the potential for bomb-making by the west. The agreement envisages that the UN arms embargo will remain for another five years. US missile sanctions will remain intact for another eight years. In compliance with a "snapback" plan, sanctions may be renewed within 65 days if Iran violates the agreement. A nuclear agreement with Iran will become effective 90 days after it is confirmed by the UN Security Council.

Iran’s news agency IRNA said Iran would continue its uranium enrichment activities in its major factories, as well as research programs, while developing major centrifuge machines under strict UN supervision.

Reaching a deal between Iran and P5+1 was a decision that can open the way to a new chapter in international relations, EU foreign policy chief Federica Mogherini told the press on Tuesday. Iranian President Hassan Rouhani said the deal will open a new horizon in Iran’s relations with the international community. Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif said he believed the agreement will open a new chapter of hope for the Muslim country.

France’s Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius said the deal will be stably effective for at least 10 years. Fabius hoped that French businesses will find their deserving positions in the Iranian markets. Russia’s Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said Russia will join in every step implementing the deal and to transfer Iran’s low enriched uranium to Russia’s territory in return for natural uranium. Turkey’s Energy Minister Taner Yildiz said the deal will open up investment flow to Iran.
