According to British magazine Tatler by Condé Nast Publications, the iconic Golden Bridge is an Instagram-worthy landmark. Situated among lush nature on top of Ba Na Hills, the bridge’s gold-gilded frame stands out in its misty surroundings, making for otherworldly photos for Instagram.

Dragon Bridge is another hit on social media. Being a symbol of Da Nang, the bridge features an undulating golden dragon sitting atop the 666-metre crossing in downtown Da Nang.

The British magazine also made some recommendations for foodie travelers, with the Dragon Bridge night market being a top choice.

No visit to the central city is complete without munching on the delectable local cuisine it has to offer, including Mi Quang (Vietnamese Turmeric Noodle) and Bánh Tráng Nướng (Grilled Vietnamese Rice Paper with Egg, Pork, and Condiments), the article wrote.

For the relaxed travelers, there are many choices for accommodation in the city. Perched on a private bay overlooking the Son Tra Peninsula, InterContinental Da Nang can take all one’s worries away, while My Khe beach is beloved for its peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, said Tatler.

Tatler suggested adventurous travelers pay a visit to the Marble Mountains, a cluster of five stunning limestone peaks named after elements of oriental philosophy (metal, plant, water, fire, and soil).

Also known as the Monkey Mountain, a visit to Son Tra Mountain is a must for the adventurous traveler. With a diverse ecosystem, there are more than 1,000 plant and 120 animal species inhabit the mountain, including the endangered Red-shanked doc langurs.

Linh Ung Pagoda is recommended for the cultural traveler and represents emergence of Buddhism in Vietnam. Legend says that the pagoda was built after a Buddha statue drifted to the site during the Nguyen Dynasty.

Since then, the pagoda welcomes both the faithful and tourists and is nicknamed ‘Buddhist paradise on earth’. It also houses the tallest Buddha statue in Vietnam, the Lady Buddha Da Nang, who overlooks the Son Tra Peninsula, the article wrote.
