UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon expressed his hope that all related sides will continue to carry out measures on the Geneva deal. However, Ban stressed that constructive talk is the only way to solve the current tension in Ukraine.

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said that all sides should respect the neutral decision of Ukraine, and asked Western partners and leaders of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) acknowledge this issue.
EU foreign policy chief Catherine Ashton has welcomed Ukraine’s commitment to conduct an inclusive constitutional reform.
The Foreign ministers of the UK, Germany, Italy, and the spokesperson of NATO also expressed their delight at the outcomes of the four-way talk in Gevene on Ukraine, saying that it is a turning point for the crisis in Ukraine.
