(VOVworld) – Former Iranian Ambassador to Vietnam Seyed Javad Ghavam Shahidi has received a “For Peace and Friendship among Nations” insignia for his contributions to boosting bilateral relations in politics, economics, and culture during his tenure in Vietnam.

At an award ceremony in Tehran Monday, Vietnamese Ambassador to Iran Nguyen Hong Thach expressed his hope that Shahidi will continue his efforts to develop Vietnam-Iran comprehensive relations in his current post.
