(VOVworld) - The Commander of Naval Forces has presented insignia to 26 individuals who have contributed a great deal to defending the sovereignty over sea and islands. The insignia receivers have spared no efforts to participate in activities to support Truong Sa, care for soldiers stationed on the islands and the special forces who are working on the offshore platform DK1. They have also been recognized for being active to communicate State’s policies and Party’s guidelines about sea and islands sovereignty. The presentation of insignia was carried out in southern Ba Ria-Vung Tau on the completion of a trip to Truong Sa and the offshore platform DK1 by delegations from central party organizations, Da Nang City and other ministries and sectors.
