 He and US President Barack Obama discussed bilateral relations and agreed to strengthen security cooperation to improve regional stability.
President Widodo and Russian President Vladimir Putin sought ways to enhance bilateral cooperation in trade, investment, and the defense industry to beef up infrastructure development and Indonesia’s “maritime axis” strategy.
In a meeting with Japanese PM Shinzo Abe, the two state leaders exchanged opinions on cooperative potential in marine and infrastructure development, enhance Indonesia's connectivity to foster sustainable economic development, and agreed to push forward with the signed agreements.
