(VOVworld) – Deputy Prime Minister Hoang Trung Hai has asked ministries, sectors, and localities to improve the effectiveness of ODA capital and preferential loans. He asked related agencies to cooperate with project investors and donors to closely monitor lagging projects and address problems that are preventing completion of the projects on time. He also asked them to review and improve regulations and announce the standards, codes, and quotas of ODA and preferential loans from now on.
