(VOVworld) - As many as 200 students who excel in their studies and youth movements in Russia have attended a festival in Moscow.

Ambassador Pham Xuan Son appreciated the assistance Russia has provided to Vietnam, and confirmed bilateral cooperation in education and training is practical and necessary for national development and construction. He expressed his hope that Vietnamese graduates in Russia will contribute to Vietnam’s industrialization and modernization.
