Party Central Committee Secretary and Head of the Communications and Education Commission, Dinh The Huynh urged provinces to have a serious learning movement on the resolution:“Comrades should encourage, supervise and monitor the learning and implementation of the resolution and the Party’s conclusion. This will ensure a change in awareness and action.”
Permanent Deputy Secretary of Khanh Hoa provincial party organization, Nguyen Tan Tuan: “The resolution lives up with the people’s expectation and is in line with the reality. Our province has reviewed procedures on land rent and acquisition to ensure the harmonious interest of the State, people and enterprises.”
