Deputy Foreign Minister To Anh Dung pays respects to the victims of the container tragedy in Essex, the UK, November 4, 2018.

At a regular cabinet meeting on Tuesday, Mr. Phuc extended his deepest condolences to the victims’ families and said relevant agencies have been working closely with the UK to identify the victims. The Prime Minister said this is a case of illegal migration involving human traffickers.

On Monday, Deputy Foreign Minister To Anh Dung worked with the UK’s Home Office and laid a wreath at the site where the victims were found.
