The request was in response to Russian allegations that work is being done on a dirty bomb.

The UN nuclear watchdog confirmed in a statement that their scientific and technical evaluation of results available to date do not reveal any indications of undeclared nuclear activities at the locations.

Inspections were carried out at the Institute for Nuclear Research in Kyiv, the Eastern Mining and Processing Plant in Zhovti Kody, and the Production Association Pivdennyi Machine-Building Plant in Dnipro.
