Heritages, customs, and traditions of Hung Lo village have been preserved and handed down by locals over centuries. Traditionally, the Hung Lo communal house festival includes multiple main ceremonies. The procession of the gods is one of the most solemn and largest, involving hundreds of participants.

Following the recognition, Hung Lo’s cultural values will be promoted and boost local tourism, said Nguyen Huu Ich, Chairman of Hong Lo Commune People’s Committee.

“We will advise the Party committees at all levels to do well in communicating and mobilizing cadres, party members and people to preserve and promote heritage values. We also plan to repair and expand roads to facilitate access to community tourist attractions. We continue to galvanize owners of old houses to regularly repair and embellish their houses to serve tourists to Hung Lo,” said Ich.

Hung Lo commune has 50 ancient wooden houses dating back 100 years or more, all of which retain historical, architectural and cultural values. The unique architecture of the wet-rice civilization, the riverside landscape, the countryside market, the village's daily life are favorable conditions for the development of local tourism.
