(VOVworld) – The Ho Chi Minh Award for science and technology have been conferred on 9 projects and State Award on 7 projects.

Speaking at the award ceremony in Hanoi on Sunday night, which was organized by the Ministry of Science and Technology, President Tran Dai Quang said the Vietnamese Party and State considers science and technology together with education and training a top policy and a momentum for national development: “The Vietnamese nation has a tradition of learning and Vietnamese are creative. Our scientists need to be aware of the responsibility to continue and promote this tradition to develop Vietnam on par with world powers as President Ho Chi Minh’s wish.”
