Ho Chi Minh City has given citizens shopping vouchers for specific hours to reduce crowding and shorten people’s shopping time.
“We are reviewing distribution channels and encourages businesses to add more fresh food products to their shops,” said Phuong.
The Department has urged quick reopening of safe points of sale at traditional markets or food supply points nearby.
