The program, held in the residential area where the visually impaired voters live, introduced participants to election regulations, the rights and responsibilities of voters, and basic election information. The Committee also converted the candidates’ profiles and action programs to more accessible formats like audiobooks and Braille.

“Audiobooks and Braille materials facilitate voters to study election information and share it with others,” Committee Chairwoman Hoang Mai Quynh Hoa said.

On Election Day, volunteers will help visually impaired voters get to their polling station, read the candidates’ profiles, and mark their ballot if needed, ensuring that every voter, regardless of circumstance, can exercise their right as a citizen and fulfill their civic duty.
