(VOVworld) – Ho Chi Minh city’s authorities have been creating favorable conditions for US businesses and hope more US citizens will invest or visit the Vietnamese city.

Vice Secretary of Ho Chi Minh City’s Party Committee Tat Thanh Cang delivered a statement at a reception for Chairman of the Communist Party USA (CPUSA) John Bachtell in Ho Chi Minh city on Wednesday. Cang said he hopes the US delegation’s visit will strengthen people-to-people cooperation and friendship between the Communist Parties of Vietnam and the US.

Bachtell said he was impressed with the dynamic development of Vietnam, particularly HCM City.
