(VOVworld)-Ho Chi Minh City will hold the Sea and Island Spring festival next Thursday. The event will connect the inland and offshore areas, especially soldiers and staff in Truong Sa island. Businesses, artists and local people will contribute funding to present gifts to celebrate Tet holidays. Head of the organizing board, Le Thanh Liem: “More artists will join the festival this year. We have 260 registered this time in comparison to 100 last year. We have produced DVD praising the soldiers and staff in the island with proceedings sent to the fund to contribute to the construction in Truong Sa.”
