At a reception on Tuesday for Nakagaki Yoshihilo, Vice President of the International Friendship Exchange Council of Japan (FEC), Quan said there are over 600 Japanese businesses operating in Vietnam’s southern economic hub with a total capitalization of more than 2.9 billion USD. He added that a 100-hectare Vietnam-Japan industrial park is being built, and Ho Chi Minh city’s infrastructure, high quality human resources and services are favorable conditions to attract Japanese investors.
