The signing ceremony on Tuesday was attended by 1,000 representatives from the governments, sectors, enterprises, and investment funds.

MOEX Chairman of the Executive Board and CEO Alexander Afanasiev said the MoU will open new opportunities for Russian investors and for Vietnam to learn from MOX’s experience in developing investment funds, stocks and debts, transaction and monitoring systems, and corporate governance. 

Following the signing ceremony, a working session was held to discuss stock, bond, derivatives, and goods markets.
