This important event will take place before the opening of the International Travel Expo Ho Chi Minh City (ITE HCMC 2022). This is the second time that Vietnam has been selected to host the World Travel Awards.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Anh Hoa, Director of Ho Chi Minh City's Department of Tourism, said this is a good opportunity to raise the position of Ho Chi Minh City and Vietnam as well.

Ho Chi Minh City was named Asia’s best MICE Tourism Destination by World Travel Awards last November. Aiming to enhance its position on the international tourism map, Ho Chi Minh City has hosted several events at national and international levels to attract international visitors.

ITE HCMC 2022 is scheduled to take place from September 8 to 10.
