The meeting is expected to draw 800 delegates including managers, diplomats, economists, and representatives of major Vietnamese and foreign businesses.     

“Municipal leaders are looking for recommendations from experts and business people to finalize the project of building HCM city into an international financial hub. We want to reach a unanimous consensus on this matter,” said Chu Tien Dung, President of the HCM city Business Association and the Forum’s deputy chief organizer.

50 foreign businesses have registered to attend the Forum, which will take place on Friday.
