1,000 athletes have registered so far for the 5km, 10km, 21km and 42km races. The event will promote tourism, trade, and investment in the region. Other activities will be organized, including a program called “A runner runs – a tree is planted”.  

Hau Giang Marathon was held for the first time in April 2019, attracting athletes from 11 countries and territories.
