The hosts, who rank 67th in the world, are in the same pool with Cambodia, Pacific Oceania and Malaysia, following a draw that was held on Sunday. Group B includes Kuwait, Jordan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Syria. Matches will begin at 5pm at the Mỹ Đình Sports Complex from April 2-7. The top two teams in each group will take part in the semi-finals. The winners of the semifinals will be promoted to Group II for next season.
