The figures were released at a meeting of the Hanoi People’s Committee on Thursday to review past performance and discuss tasks for the remaining months of the year. It was revealed that Hanoi’s economy continues growth trend in key sectors, including industry, trade and services, tourism and transportation.  Chairman of the municipal People’s Committee Nguyen Duc Chung emphasized that attracting investment is a very important task of the city though many challenges remained. Hanoi has taken a wide range of measures to create favorable conditions for investors, he added.
