At a meeting with visiting Governor of Moscow province Andrei Vorobyov in Hanoi on Thursday, Chairman of the Hanoi People’s Committee Nguyen The Thao said he hopes Hanoi and Moscow will cooperate more in science, trade, economics, and education.
Mr. Vorobyov said his visit aims to promote trade and economic cooperation between Moscow and Hanoi as well as other provinces and cities. Vorobyov said Russia supports and creates conditions for Vietnamese enterprises who invest in Moscow and wishes to pursue the Ninh Thuan nuclear power project and cooperation in oil refining.
