The DPRK delegations are scheduled to visit VinFast, Vietnam's first native car manufacturer and Vin Eco, a modern farm model. Mr. Le Toan Thang, a resident of Ngo Quyen district said: 

“I am happy and proud that Hai Phong is being visited by the DPRK delegations. The Vietnam-DPRK friendship has been nurtured for a very long time.”

The DPRK delegations will visit Ha Long Bay before coming to Hai Phong.
