According to the Alliance, cabbage, kohlrabi, cauliflower, leafy vegetables, and carrots grown in Hai Duong for domestic and foreign markets are unsold because of the pandemic.

50 cooperatives have sought support from the Vietnam Cooperative Alliance, each with 70 tons of unsold produce. The Alliance has set up 10 non-profit points of sale for the produce.
