Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Egypt, and Bahrain listed 59 people including the spritual leader of the Muslim Brothers (MB), Yousef al-Qaradawi, 18 Qataris, 5 Libyans, 26 Egyptians, 3 Kuwaitis, 2 Jordanians, 2 Barhrainis, 1 Emiratis, 1 Saudi Arabian, and 1 Yemeni, according to a joint statement Friday.
Qatari authorities had said they are abiding the Security Council’s anti-terrorism resolutions.

Egypt called on the Security Council to investigate accusations that Qatar made a ransom payment of 1 billion USD to a terrorist organization in Iraq for the return of royal family members.
Qatari Foreign Minister Mohammed bin Abdulrahman al-Thani said the diplomatic crisis in the Gulf is escalating but that Doha wants a peaceful resolution.
