Vice President Dang Thi Ngoc Thinh

Speaking at the closing ceremony of the Summit in Tokyo, Japan, on Sunday, Thinh expressed her wish that after the Summit, female politicians and entrepreneurs will make further contributions to their business operation and to the national and global economy.

During the 3-day Summit, 1,300 delegates from 62 countries exchanged views on measures to create opportunities and encourage women to take a more active part in economic activities. The next Global Summit of Women will take place in Australia in 2018.
