Speaking to the Funke media group on Sunday, Mr. Steinmeier said the number of refugees to Central Europe has decreased as they are stuck in Greece where a serious humanitarian crisis is occurring. He said if there was no an agreement between the EU and Turkey, the number of refugees trapped on the Greece-Macedonia border could increase to 100,000.
