(VOVworld) – German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier has called for an immediate meeting between military representatives of parties to Ukraine’s conflict and the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) in an interview Sunday with Germany’s Bild am Sonntag.

He underlined that if the two parties to the conflict do not demonstrate adherence to the peace process, a new round of military escalation may begin at any moment. Earlier on Sunday, Donetsk’s envoy to the Minsk peace talks Denis Pushilin called on the Minsk agreements’ guarantor-countries – Russia, Germany, France, and Ukraine – to interfere without delay in the situation in Donbass.
