Minister of Planning and Investment Nguyen Chi Dung addresses the forum on Vietnam's FDI attraction on September 7, 2020.

The forum was jointly organized by the Ministry of Planning and Investment, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV), and Standard Chartered Bank.

Minister of Planning and Investment Nguyen Chi Dung asked Standard Chartered Bank to help increase links between investors to lure more investment to Vietnam. Mr. Dung said Vietnam has upgraded its production infrastructure, trained skilled workers, made it easier for foreign experts and skilled workers to work in Vietnam, bolstered its support industry, and offered attractive incentives for large projects.
