Blair, who currently serves as Chairman of the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change (TBI), said building a transparent legal environment and creating new investment opportunities are key factors and he committed to sharing international practical experiences with Vietnam. He also praised Vietnam’s potential for developing renewable energy and nuclear power and emphasized the possibility of developing data centers in Vietnam, focusing on high-quality human resources.
Deputy Prime Minister Binh expressed his hope that Blair and TBI would continue offering policy advice to Vietnam, particularly in strategic economic planning. He said Vietnam is promoting institutional change, improving the investment environment, and attracting large financial investors and financial institutions, especially in emerging fields such as artificial intelligence (AI), semiconductors, and renewable energy.

On the same day, Deputy PM Binh met with Deputy Mayor of the London Financial Center Vincent Keaveny, who affirmed the Center's willingness to support Vietnam in developing its financial centers. Mr. Binh proposed it share its expertise in financial center development and directly assist Vietnam in training the workforce.
