Addressing the opening ceremony, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh said the service is a breakthrough in the Government’s administrative reform which aims to create an open and coherent mechanism in dealing with administrative procedures. After the launch ceremony, Mr. Minh experienced services first-hand at the one-stop shop unit which lies at the ministry’s Consular Department.
