(VOVworld)- Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc has praised the effective support that ambassadors, international organizations and donors have provided Vietnam in combating HIV/AIDS. Phuc spoke yesterday at a meeting on HIV/AIDS, drugs and prostitution prevention and control in Vietnam. He said he hoped that Vietnam’s friends will continue their close and effective cooperation and support for Vietnam’s efforts in these fields. UN Resident Coordinator in Vietnam Pratibha Mehta said foreign donors will continue help Vietnam effectively implement its strategy on HIV/AIDS prevention and control.
