Mr. Nguyen Quoc Huy, Deputy Director of the Department of Grassroots Culture of the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism, said Vietnam's rich treasure of tangible and intangible cultural heritages is a precious resource which requires today's generations to preserve and promote it.
“This is an opportunity for artisans and artists to meet and share their experience in the performing arts, highlight creativity, and inspire love for Vietnam’s cultural heritage. The participants have brought to the festival exciting performances of various art forms from ethnic groups in different parts of Vietnam,” said Huy.
