(VOVworld) – The Vietnamese delegation’s presence at the 28th SEA Games was marked by a flag-hoisting ceremony hosted on Tuesday at the Singaporean National Stadium. Tran Duc Phan, head of the Vietnamese delegation to the event, said Vietnam aims to achieve up to 65 gold medals and ranks 3rd in the event’s tally: "We’ve anticipated numerous difficulties facing our team at this event. We are determined to make full use of our advantages and achieve the best possible results."The 28th SEA Games’ official opening ceremony will take place on June 5th.
