Chairman of the Hanoi People’s Committee Nguyen Duc Chung on Sunday issued an investment license for the 420-million USD racetrack complex project to be funded by South Korea’s Charmvit Group. 

The project will create many jobs and more revenue for the city and at the same time strengthen strategic cooperation between the two countries, he said.

The complex will have a capacity of 30,000 seats and a 3-star hotel.
