Nguyen Vu Phan, Acting Director of Tuyen Quang Department of Culture, Sports, and Tourism, and deputy chief organizer, said the festival was successful: “The major outcome is that we invited many Dao artists and artisans to perform.  The Dao’s culture is special, rich, and humane, contributing to building a healthy lifestyle at grassroots level.”
