(VOVworld) - A local court in Evry, France heard a lawsuit from an Agent Orange victim on April 16. The victim, Tran To Nga, sued US chemical manufacturers for providing toxic chemical weapons used by US forces in Viet Nam during the American War.

Nga was the only French Vietnamese victim of Agent Orange. Her lawyers and defense lawyers representing 12 US chemical firms were present at the hearing. US court rejects Vietnamese victims’ lawsuit for 3 times, making the fight for justice more challenging.
